A well known foreign recruitment agency in Romania has announced that it is bringing in skilled staff from the Philippines on temporary secondment to combat the construction labor shortage.<\/span><\/p>\n Through a strategic partnership between the agency Work from Asia and construction firms in the Philippines, around 1,000 skilled workers <\/a>construction workers will be temporarily seconded to Romania to help the industry overcome staff shortages.
