Starting this autumn, Romania is set to welcome hundreds of carefully selected childcare workers from one of Indonesia's most prestigious training centers.
This action comes in response to the acute shortage of qualified staff in Romanian kindergartens and nurseries, for which a concrete solution is needed for the continuity and quality of pre-school education. By partnering with elite training centers in Asia, Romanian employers will have access to a well-trained, motivated and carefully selected workforce.
Educators in Indonesia trained by highly experienced specialists
"The staff trained in the training center in Indonesia is extremely well trained, and this gives us the confidence to offer Romanian employers unprecedented guarantees. Both the selected educators and caregivers, as well as the selected nannies and housekeepers, go through a rigorous training process under the guidance of specialists with more than 10 years of experience.
We are convinced that these professionals will be appreciated not only for their professional performance, but also for their reliability and impeccable character. Romania is facing a shortage in the education sector and through this partnership we are able to bring efficient and high quality solutions for employers", said Yosef Gavriel Peisakh, General Manager Work From Asia.
In addition to kindergarten teachers and caregivers, the agency will also bring in domestic staff, such as nannies and housekeepers trained in intensive training centers under the guidance of specialists with over 10 years of experience in the field.
More nannies from Asia to arrive in Romania
Indonesian nannies and maids are internationally recognized for their professionalism, reliability and dedication to their work. They are recognized for their patience, discipline and deep respect for their employers - essential qualities in a field that requires both skill and empathy.
Another reason why they are so sought after is their high level of education, as many of them undergo intensive training courses where they learn about hygiene, child safety, healthy cooking and caring for the elderly. In addition, their ability to adapt quickly to cultural and professional requirements in different countries makes them a favorite with employers in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
